FlipdraftPrivacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Flipdraft ("we," "us," or "our") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to anyone who uses Flipdraft, whether or not you've created an account.
1. Information we collect

2. How we use your information
- To generate listings from your photos and let you review, edit, and publish them.
- To operate your account, enforce usage limits, and process subscription payments.
- To publish listings to eBay and/or Poshmark when you explicitly choose to do so.
- To respond to support requests sent to zaire@noblen9ne.com.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos or listing content to train AI models.
3. Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Flipdraft, each acting under their own privacy terms:
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes the photos you upload to generate listing content.
- Stripe — processes subscription payments; we never see your full card number.
- eBay Inc. and Poshmark, Inc. — receive the listing content and photos you explicitly choose to publish, via the marketplace account you connect.
- Railway — our hosting provider, which stores our database and runs our servers.
4. Data retention and deletion
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect eBay or Poshmark, we stop being able to publish on your behalf and delete the stored connection token. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted entirely, email zaire@noblen9ne.com and we'll process the request. If you delete your eBay account directly with eBay, eBay notifies us automatically and we remove any Flipdraft data tied to that eBay account.
5. Cookies
Flipdraft uses a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in and track free-tier usage. It doesn't track you across other websites, and we don't use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
6. Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text. Marketplace connection tokens and payment details are stored/processed through our providers' secure systems. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
7. Children's privacy
Flipdraft is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain uses of it. Contact zaire@noblen9ne.com to exercise any of these rights.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
