FlipdraftPrivacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Flipdraft ("we," "us," or "our") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to anyone who uses Flipdraft, whether or not you've created an account.
1. Information we collect

2. How we use your information
- To generate listings from your photos and let you review, edit, and publish them.
- To operate your account, enforce usage limits, and process subscription payments.
- To publish listings to eBay, Poshmark, Depop, and/or Mercari, and to remove or update them, when you explicitly choose to do so.
- To respond to support requests sent to zaire@noblen9ne.com.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos or listing content to train AI models.
3. Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Flipdraft, each acting under their own privacy terms:
- DeepSeek (AI provider) — processes the photos you upload and your item details to generate listing content.
- Stripe — processes subscription payments; we never see your full card number.
- eBay, Poshmark, Depop, and Mercari — receive the listing content and photos you explicitly choose to publish, via the marketplace account you connect.
- LeadConnector (HighLevel) — runs the live chat on our website. If you use it, your messages and any contact details you enter are processed and stored by LeadConnector so we can reply.
- Railway — our hosting provider, which stores our database and runs our servers.
- Flipdraft's relay computer — Depop and Mercari block requests from cloud servers, so actions on those marketplaces (connecting, publishing, and removing listings) are carried out by a computer operated by Flipdraft on a residential internet connection. Your Depop and Mercari connection, and the photos and listing content for those actions, are stored and processed on that computer.
4. Data retention and deletion
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect a marketplace (eBay, Poshmark, Depop, or Mercari), we stop being able to publish on your behalf and delete the stored connection token. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted entirely, email zaire@noblen9ne.com and we'll process the request. If you delete your eBay account directly with eBay, eBay notifies us automatically and we remove any Flipdraft data tied to that eBay account.
5. Flipdraft Connect browser extension
Flipdraft Connect is an optional Chrome extension that connects your Poshmark and Mercari accounts without copying codes by hand. Those marketplaces keep your login in cookies that websites can't read, so the extension reads them for you:
- What it reads: only the login cookies Poshmark (
__ssid,jwt,ui) or Mercari (_mwus,_mwus.sig) already saved in your browser after you logged in there yourself. It never sees your marketplace password. - When: only when you press "Connect with one click" on flipdraft.app. It runs on no other website.
- Where it goes: to Flipdraft, which stores it as your marketplace connection (described above) and uses it only to publish, update, and remove your listings.
- What it doesn't do: read your browsing history, other websites, or any other cookies, or send anything anywhere else.
You can remove the extension at any time from Chrome. Disconnecting the marketplace in Flipdraft deletes the stored connection.
6. Cookies
Flipdraft uses a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in and track free-tier usage. It doesn't track you across other websites, and we don't use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. The live chat on our homepage (provided by LeadConnector) may store an identifier in your browser so it can keep your conversation going between visits.
7. Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text. Marketplace connections are stored in our database or, for Depop and Mercari, on Flipdraft's relay computer, and are used only to act on the marketplace accounts you connected. Payment details are processed by Stripe. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
8. Children's privacy
Flipdraft is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain uses of it. Contact zaire@noblen9ne.com to exercise any of these rights.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
