Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flipdraft (the "Service"), operated by Flipdraft ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, connecting a marketplace account, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Flipdraft does

Flipdraft uses AI to analyze photos of items you upload and generates a listing (title, description, item specifics, and a suggested price) that you can review and publish to eBay and/or Poshmark using your own connected marketplace accounts.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Flipdraft. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You can also try Flipdraft without an account for a limited number of listings before we ask you to sign up.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Flipdraft offers a free tier with a limited number of AI-generated listings, and paid subscription plans (currently Pro and Power) billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep paid-tier access until then.
• We don't store your card details — all payment information is handled directly by Stripe.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and item information you upload. By uploading content, you grant Flipdraft a limited license to process it (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to generate your listing and provide the Service. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use and sell whatever you upload photos of.

5. AI-generated content — review before you publish

Titles, descriptions, item specifics, and suggested prices are generated by AI and may contain errors — including wrong brand, size, condition, or pricing information. You are solely responsible for reviewing and correcting every listing before publishing it. Flipdraft is a drafting tool, not a guarantee of accuracy, and we're not liable for listings you publish without reviewing them.

6. Connecting eBay, Poshmark, and other marketplaces

To publish listings, you connect your own eBay and/or Poshmark account via their official sign-in flow. You remain subject to those platforms' own terms of service, seller policies, and fees — Flipdraft is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc. or Poshmark, Inc. You can disconnect a marketplace account at any time from your account settings.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Flipdraft to list counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or illegal items, to violate any marketplace's policies, to abuse the free tier through multiple accounts, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

8. Termination

You can stop using Flipdraft and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose a security risk.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Flipdraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, that listings will sell, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flipdraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from listings you chose to publish.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Flipdraft after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
